Before Real Estate, Dale was a Financial Planner. He transferred into the Real Estate world after The Equitable Financial Co. was merged with AXA and his office was discontinued. After many years in Real Estate, his only regret is that he did not do it sooner.

Dale grew up on Deep Creek Lake helping work the family owned business; Waters Edge Court Motel. After spending a lot of time on the water and the slopes of the Wisp, he became an accomplished water and snow skier, where he competed in several National Tournaments.

When not helping his clients, you will find Dale spending his free time with his wife Deborah and his two daughters enjoying Garrett County and teaching his daughters, Christine & Katie to snow and water ski just like Dad.
